Bridging the gap between old English and American craft gin styles, FID Street Gin is the first gin ever created on Maui and only the second in Hawai’i since prohibition. Distilled in small batches using a unique glass still. Crafted from 12 botanicals: lavender, orange rinds, orris, lemon rinds, fennel, juniper, grains of paradise, cardamom, coriander, cedar leaf, angelica, and Maui Gold® pineapple.

Fid Street Hawaiian Gin Tasting Notes

Nose: Aromatic fresh-cut floral and citrus bouquet with a hint of forest air.

Palate: Sweet, dry, and floral, with mint and fresh cracked black pepper.

Finish: Clean with citrus and fading juniper.
