Situated inside a 500 square-foot space along the Brooklyn waterfront and just a few feet above a cobblestone road, Josh Morton is blending another batch of Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur. “I worked on the recipe for years, and finally perfected it when I was working from my loft on Barrow Street in Manhattan,” says Morton. “That’s how we got the name.”
