The bottle was made in collaboration with Tim Johnston, owner of Juvenile Bistrot a Vins in Paris. At Tim’s request the whisky is a blend of bright, smooth and non-smoky malt whiskies aged between 12 and 15 years. The blend includes: whisky from Strathmill (34%), aged in refill hogshead; whisky from Balmenach (34%), aged in refill hogshead; whisky from Clynelish (20%), aged in re-charred hogshead; whisky from Clynelish (10%), aged in refill sherry butt; and whisky from Glendullan (2%), aged in first-fill sherry butt.
Compass Box Juveniles Scotch Whisky Tasting Notes
Nose: Zesty and crisp, sugary notes.
Palate: Rich, creamy vanilla, barley sugar and pear drop, alongside layers of underlying herbal character.
Finish: Smooth, contrasting sweet and herbal notes.

Compass Box is a producer, bottler and marketer of a range of blended Scotch whiskies. The company is headquartered in Chiswick. Compass Box Whisky was founded in 2000 by American entrepreneur John Glaser, a former marketing director at Johnnie Walker.
