Gin: Dry Town
For its distinct taste and superb quality, Dry Town Gin won Double Gold at the 2016 New York International Spirits Competition. Dry Town Gin is crafted in Colorado and made with 10 botanicals through an 18-hour soak and vapor extraction. This process brings out the best of each botanical and creates a distinctively refreshing herbal, piney and citrus flavor. It’s all about highlighting the ingredients to bring forward the true expression and character.

Dry Town Gin is named in honor of Fort Collins and the evil memory of the time when it was a “dry” town from 1896 to 1969. It is made from a blended grain base and an infusion of 10 botanicals including juniper, sage, lemongrass, vervaine, orange, lime, ginger, pepper, orris root, and angelica… all suggesting a very traditional and classic style of gin.
Dry Town Gin Tasting Notes
Nose: The nose of this spirit bursts with candied ginger, cracked pepper, piney juniper, and earthy wild herbs.
Palate: On the palate there is a rich impact–sage and orris root bitterness is brilliantly contrasted by a wash of intense, sweet mandarin citrus, toasted corn grain, and a touch of spice.
Finish: Finish is bold and spicy.
