A Bajan liqueur, very tasty and a back bar essential for making some great cocktails. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum was first created by John D Taylor of Bridgetown in 1890. The liqueur is made with sugar cane, lime, almond and cloves.

John D. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum Liqueur Tasting Notes
Nose: Candied lime zest with pronounced clove and more subtle nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom and lemon thyme. Faint note of old-fashioned oil paint.
Palate: Sweet, syrupy, candied lime zest with supporting clove spice.
Finish: Lime zest and lime cordial with sharp zesty lime acidity.
