This bitter islander is an excellent end meal. It owes its characteristic taste to the use of the wild “Ruchetta” that grows on the island of Ischia, Procida and Ventotene with incredible wealth. The leaves give a particular aroma and a strong and marked taste. A typical bitterness of greetings, herbs and fruit, “Rucolino” can be served indifferently both in ice and in temperature.

Rucola also known as Ruchetta, is a vegetable species used for its leaves that are consumed alone, or flavor other salads. The Hedra Satica can be found in the spontaneous state in the most mature sites but above all in family gardens. Rucolino, bitter with a rocket base, is excellent as a digestive after a meal; owes its characteristic taste to the use of the “wild rocket” that grows wild on the islands of Ischia, Procida and Ventotene with incredible wealth.
