Description
A Blanc de Blancs – but not like you’re used to! A really interesting little blend from France has made its way to our doorstep, and we’re hoping you are into it as much as we are. It’s a delicious little sparkler made by a group of vintners spread throughout France. It’s filled with ripe stone fruit like white peach and apricot has a zesty kick of lemon and lime and ends powerful and elegant with a hint of toasty brioche. We were really impressed by the quality of this bubbles and recommend grabbing a case before we sell out, your favourite seafood, a comfy chair and sitting back to enjoy!
As an aperitif or to accompany dishes, including scallops, grilled fish and even light dishes such as poultry.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested and gently pressed, go through a cold settling, then yeasting and finally fermentation at low temperature. Bottle fermentation takes place in pressure tanks for 6 months. These 6 months of aging will give this superior sparkling wine its complexity.
11% abv. Airen, maccabeo, parrellada & xarello grapes.
